IDFC First Bank to give the choice from Rupay, Mastercard in Indigo Co -Branded Card – Times of India

Mumbai: Indigo and IDFC First Bank have launched a Co-Branded Credit card that will be available on both MasterCard and Rupay networks, so that customers offer wider acceptance and flexibility, including the possibility of making UPI payments via Rupay.The Indigo IDFC First -credit card is aimed at frequent travelers and comes with accelerated rewards about Indigo bookings and milestone spending. Card holders can earn a maximum of 22 Indigo Bluchips for each RS 100 spent on flight bookings made via the website or app from Indigo. They can also accumulate up to 25,000 Bluchips annually when crossing the most important expenditure thresholds, apart from enjoying lifestyle benefits such as travel insurance, coverage for travel insurance and a low Forex registration of 1.49%.Customers who participate in the program receive 5000 Bluchips and a free 6th Meal Voucher, along with 3,000 extra Bluchips on RS 1 Lakh expenditure within 90 days. Those who spend RS 12 Lakh annually can earn no fewer than 60,000 Bluchips Plus bonus vouchers from 25,000 Bluchips, enough to exchange multiple flights.The product also has an FD-supported variant, which means that people with a limited or no credit history can apply, in accordance with the bank’s financial inclusion strategy. Cardholders not only earn Indigo Bluchips from flying bookings, but also with daily purchases, which contributes to the airline’s loyalty program.Indigo said the partnership will strengthen its Bluchip -Loyality offer and make rewards more accessible to customers. IDFC First Bank said that the launch reflected its customer-first approach by offering a premium but still including product. Mastercard and NPCi emphasized the double network of the map and upi-in-switched functions, which they said they improve convenience and global acceptance.
