An overweight man who was overweight managed to lose five stones in just over a year by eating three boiled eggs every day for breakfast.

In a video shared with Tiktok that has collected more than 23 million views, Ross Cotron claimed that the simple breakfast transformed his body in just 18 months.

Now a certified fitness trainer, he once weighed almost 19 stone at his toughest – but says that the breakfast company was the key to his success.
