A leading cardiologist has unveiled the five essential things that we all have to do to prevent an early death – and it is not just about exercise and salads’.

In an Instagram post, Medicis warns Dr. Dr. Dmitry Yaranov almost 500,000 times that sleep, pollution, stress, oral health and diet all play an important role in the heart.

‘After treating thousands of patients with heart failure, these are the things that I wanted more people to know before it was too late.

“This is what your heart actually influences – and nobody talks about it,” he said in the viral video in which he listed the five points in the caption.

“Cardiovascular health is not just about exercise and salads,” the expert added. “It’s sleep, stress, air, access and even your intestines.”

Getting less than eight hours of sleep per night can increase your risk of heart failure, stroke or sudden death, he warned under the 30 -second clip.

Blood pressure usually falls during sleep – but poor sleep disrupts this, causing sustainable high blood pressure, an important engine of heart disease, causing the British Heart Foundation.

Dr. Yaranov also noticed that daily exposure to air pollution ‘every day in an outlet cure-the arteries, which leads to plaque structure, limited blood flow and a higher risk of heart attacks.

He then explained that stress can constantly increase ‘cortisol levels’ – the most important stress hormone of the body – which causes blood vessels in excess high blood pressure and inflammation.

Oral health is another unlikely factor that can cause heart problems that the doctor has added to his list.
