Fashion entrepreneur Jacquie Naylor, founder of luxury lifestyle label Husk and former director of Myer, has listed her Armadale home.

Naylor spent more than three decades shaping some of the country’s best-known brands before founding her own label and has held senior roles at Michael Hill, Macpac and Cambridge Clothing.

She also had a long-serving role as director of the Melbourne Fashion Festival.

Her four-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 39 Glassford St combines late Edwardian character with a contemporary architectural refresh by Mark Simpson of DesignOffice.

The fashion entrepreneur has listed her private home in Armadale.

The property has a price guide of $5.5 million – $6 million.

High ceilings and parquet floors run through a series of interconnecting living areas that open through steel-framed doors to a north-facing terrace and gas-heated swimming pool.

The marble kitchen features a hidden butler’s pantry and serves as the focal point of the main floor, which also offers a study, formal sitting room and family lounge.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe, marble bathroom and leafy views, while two further bedrooms share a central bathroom.

An elevator connects each level, including a private roof terrace designed for fun or quiet evenings above the treetops.

The property is listed through Gerald Delany of Kay & Burton Stonnington with a price guide of $5.5 million – $6 million.

Mr Delany said the house reflected Naylor’s disciplined aesthetic.

“Jacquie’s home reflects the same refined aesthetic and attention to detail that has defined her professional life,” he said.
“It is an opportunity to purchase a home styled by an industry leader with an exceptional eye for design and quality.”

Additional features include underfloor heating, security system, double garage with internal access and irrigated gardens behind electric gates.

Expressions of interest close on October 28.
