How to fix a skate stuck on the loading screen

Solution 1: Check the integrity of game files

1. Open Steam and go to your library.
2. Right-click on “Skate” and select “Properties…”.
3. Select “Installed Files” and select “Verify Game File Integrity”.
4. Launch Skate to check if the loading screen is resolved.

Fix 2: Change Skate installation directory

1. Open Steam and select “Steam” at the top left.
2. Select “Settings” and select “Storage”.
3. Select “Add Drive” and add another SSD/HDD (e.g. local drive (D:)).
4. Select “Skate” in your current drive and select “Move”.
5. Select the drive you just added (for example Local Drive (D:)) and select “Move”.
6. Launch Skate to check if the loading screen is resolved.
