Houlihan Lawrence is strengthening its presence in Yonkers, New York, with the addition of eight new agents, according to an announcement on Tuesday.
Among these additions is the Vision Alliance Teamled by Rahhim and Tara Shillingford. Rahhim Shillingford is the former head broker of Vision Alliance Real Estate in the Bronx. This is the first sales team to work out of Houlihan Lawrence’s Yonkers office.
In addition to the Vision Alliance Team, Houlihan Lawrence also welcomes three agents from REMAX in the city: Mayka Suazo, Angel Colon And Daniel Joyce.
In 2024, Suazo closed eleven transaction lots and recorded a sales volume of $3.21 million, according to figures. RealTrends Verified facts. Colon closed 50 lots for $9.69 million in volume and Joyce closed 15 lots for $4.61 million. All three agents ranked among the top 10 in Riverdale, New York, in both sales volume and sides in the 2025 RealTrends Verified City Rankings.

The company’s Yonkers office has more than 40 agents serving clients in the Bronx, Mount Vernon, Tuckahoe and Lower Westchester County.
