The on-screen romance between Brax and Ricky remains one of Home and Away’s most iconic storylines, keeping fans hopeful for a return since the pair rode off into the sunset a decade ago.
Soon the question of where life has taken one of Summer Bay’s dearest couples will be answered in spectacular fashion, as Home and Away goes where it has never gone before: through the breathtaking landscapes of Western Australia.
Filmed last October from Perth to the rugged red outback and along the awe-inspiring Coral Coast, these special episodes were produced in partnership with Tourism Western Australia.
A world away from his surfing days in Summer Bay, Brax is now working on a remote cattle station deep in the outback. Brax, Ricky and their son Casey (Austin Cutcliffe) have quietly built a whole new life in hiding, far removed from the chaos they left behind.
But the peaceful existence they’ve managed to maintain is about to come to an abrupt end, when a crisis from the Bay makes its way to Brax’s front door.
While Ricky sees danger in jeopardizing the problem-free life they’ve worked so hard for, Brax is torn between keeping his family safe and his loyalty to his River Boy brothers.
