“Heather brings a rare combination of market mastery, integrity and leadership,” said Michael Liebowitz, president and CEO of Douglas Elliman, in a statement. “She has earned the respect of clients and colleagues alike through decades of thoughtful advocacy and disciplined execution. The work we did in 2025 continues to take hold as 2026 is positioned as a year for significant global growth. Heather’s perspective and experience will be a key asset.”
