The Miami Heat reportedly discussed to buy Terry Rozier’s contract, according to Ira Winderman from the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. The 31-year-old is in the books for the coming season for $ 26.6 million, of which $ 24.9 million is guaranteed.
Winderman notes that if the heat falls, they have the space needed under the luxury load to add a replacement player to the minimum of the experienced.
“There have been discussions about a rosier -Buy -out, but those conversations have not received a grip at the moment, without external options for the experienced guard, because Rozier remains linked to a federal gambling investigation,” Winderman wrote.

ESPNs David Purdum Reported in July that a professional gambler had placed 30 bets in 46 minutes, all with Rozier in an NBA game from 2023, according to documents obtained by the network.

Heat could refrain from Rozier by January 10
