The Oklahoma City Thunder outlasted the Orlando Magic 128-92 on Tuesday night.

Isaiah Hartenstein had his first career triple-double with 12 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists in 23 minutes, becoming the 10th Thunder player to record a triple-double.

Isaiah Joe scored 22, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander dropped 20 points and nine assists, Lu Dort added 18 and first-time All-Star Chet Holmgren had 16 points and 10 rebounds for the Thunder.

The Thunder played without Jalen Williams, who missed his eighth straight game with a hamstring injury, and Ajay Mitchell sat out his sixth straight game with abdominal pain.

Jalen Suggs led the Magic with 20 points, Paolo Banchero added 17, while Orlando’s leading scorer, Franz Wagner, missed his fifth straight game with a high left ankle sprain.

It was the Thunder’s fourth annual HBCU Night, part of the team’s Black History Month celebration, and the team was feeding off an energetic crowd.

Joe hit a three-pointer at the first quarter buzzer to give the Thunder a 39-14 lead.

The Thunder guard’s left-handed throwdown to Banchero in the second quarter ignited the crowd as he completed the three-point play for a 56-24 lead.

The Thunder led 68-41 at halftime,

Oklahoma’s concern for Gilgeous-Alexander, however, was whether its streak of games with at least 20 points would reach 121. He started the second half with 12 points and didn’t get to 20 until he made a free throw with 2:14 left in the fourth quarter.

The reigning MVP is within five steps of tying Wilt Chamberlain’s record of 126 straight games with at least 20.

The Magic host the Nets on Thursday, while the Thunder visit San Antonio on Wednesday.
