Let me start with Jai Somnath!
The positive vibrations of our dear Prime Minister’s prayers at Somnath are resonating throughout Gujarat and India.
I congratulate our Param Aadaraneeya Pradhan Mantriji for the great honor conferred on Saurashtra and Kutch by personally attending the Vibrant Regional Summit of Gujarat.
After 20 years of Vibrant Gujarat in Gandhinagar, it is a privilege to participate in the first Regional Vibrant Gujarat Summit in this historic city of Rajkot.
This Summit will be a real force multiplier for the multifaceted development of Saurashtra.
I salute Rajkot – truly a Raja, a king among the cities of Gujarat.

Your vision has reshaped India’s trajectory for the next fifty years and more.
History will show that India moved from potential to performance in the Modi era.

Dear friends,
For Reliance, Gujarat is much more than a location.
Gujarat is our body, heart and soul.
We are a Gujarati company.
Today I stand before you with five firm commitments.
First: investments on an unprecedented scale.
Reliance is already the largest investor in Gujarat.
In the last five years, we have invested over Rs 3.5 lakh crore.
Today, I am happy to announce that we will double this to Rs 7 lakh crore over the next five years, creating exponential employment, livelihoods and greater sampatti for every Gujarati and every Indian.
Second: global leadership in clean energy and green materials.
At Jamnagar, we are building the world’s largest integrated clean energy ecosystem, spanning solar, battery energy storage, green hydrogen, green fertilizers, sustainable jet and marine fuels, and advanced materials.
These are not just industries of the future; they are the foundations of India’s prosperous future.
Jamnagar, once the largest exporter of hydrocarbon energy, will become India’s largest exporter of green energy and materials from Gujarat in the coming years.
Third, transform Kutch into a global clean energy hub.
Our multi-gigawatt utility-scale solar project – one of the largest in the world – will deliver clean energy 24 hours a day through advanced storage and modern grid integration, powering India’s green future and strengthening Gujarat’s leadership in sustainable energy.
Fourth, make Gujarat India’s pioneer in artificial intelligence.
In Jamnagar, we are building India’s largest AI-enabled data center, with a single goal: affordable AI for every Indian.
Jio will launch a people-first intelligence platform – built in India, for India and the world – that will enable every citizen, starting in Gujarat, to access AI services every day in their own language, on their own devices, to make them more efficient and productive.
Fifth, working together for India’s Olympic ambitions and social progress.
The Reliance Foundation is ready to serve the Prime Minister’s vision of bringing the 2036 Olympics to Ahmedabad.
In a concrete step, Reliance will collaborate with the Government of Gujarat to manage the Veer Savarkar Multi-Sports Complex in Naranpura, a hub for organizing national and international events and training India’s future champions.
We are also setting up a world class hospital at Jamnagar in Saurashtra and expanding our educational facilities manifold.
Development of Gujarat is our Sankalp.
Big in vision.
Bold in execution.

And dedicated to the service of Bharat Mata.

Today I want to make one important point.
We all know that the world is changing very quickly.
The geopolitical situation presents new challenges, including some unexpected turbulence.
What is reassuring for India is that these challenges cannot affect or alarm our people.
This is because India has the invincible protective wall called Narendrabhai Modi.
Let the world know that this is India’s defining decade.

India is not just preparing for the future.
India is shaping it.
