On Friday morning, as announced, the mayor of Milan Giuseppe Sala met in Palazzo Marino, the councilor of Casa Guido Bardelli, who expressed his intention to place the assignment entrusted to him.
Bardelli (not investigated) ended up in the center of the scene after the interceptions in the order that the house arrest caused for the former manager of the municipality of Milan Giovanni Oggioni. According to what comes up, Oggioni would have spoken with the future councilor Bardelli in December 2023, at the time “simple” lawyer (he was appointed councilor in July 2024). The two would have criticized the public ministries that carried out the investigations into city planning and concluded that it would be appropriate to drop the Junta of Giuseppe Sala.

“The Department of the House is extremely relevant for the city of Milan and it is necessary to guarantee continuity in the activities that are being carried out,” reads a letter from Palazzo Marino.
The mayor will therefore evaluate the possible alternatives in the coming days not to interrupt the route on the “Huisplan”.
“From institutional respect, Monday, March 10, councilor Bardelli intends to explain the reasons for his decision to the city council,” the writing continues. Then his dismissal will be formalized.
