Graphano Energy Ltd. (TSXV: Gel, OTC: Gelef) (OTC Pink: Gelef) (FSE: 97G0) (“Graphano” or the “company”) is pleased to be able to report the first test results of the September 2025 drilling program with its 100% owned by the Black Pearl-Graphite project (“Black”). The drilling program has found considerable mineralization close to the surface, as described below, and has confirmed that this favorable geological environment is comparable to that of the most important graphite deposits in the Lac des Iles region in Quebec.
Black Pearl is a large site consisting of 84 claims with an area of 4,149 hectares, which is unexplored outside the current drill area. Graphano plans to conduct a geophysical investigation from the air of the site to identify additional new goals/trends, as well as extensions of the discovery area. The Black Pearl claims are located directly to the east of Graphano’s advanced Standard Mine project (Figure 1).
Luisa Moreno, Chief Executive Officer of the company, stated: “These first drill results validate our exploration model and confirm the presence of strong graphite mineralization at Black Pearl. The qualities and continuity near the surface are very encouraging, and we are convinced that this project has the potential to become an important addition to graphiteactiva portfolio in Quebec.”
This very first drilling program at Black Pearl was intended to test several of the many conductive trends that have been identified during recent soil geophysical programs, with the aim of expanding the known graphite mineralization, to increase the structural insight and to evaluate the large -scale decoration in large lines.
Main highlights (see full results in Table 1)
Black Pearl was discovered by prospecting with subsequent slots, channel sampling and limited geophysical land investigations (EM).
42 channel samples collected within a radius of approximately 1,200 m2 The stripped rock area contained an average of 13.2% graphite cabbage (CG). The sample results of surface channels include 15.1% CG over 14 meters (m) and 17.9% CG over 9 meters.
Current gaps
Boorgat BP25-01 diameter 11.33% graphite cabbage (CG) over 8.61 meters (m), starting at a boarding depth of 18.64 m;
Boorgat ST25-02 diameter two zones of 4.53% CG over 5.50 m at 20.50 m, and 7.95% CG over 3.75 m at 31.90 m; And
Boorgat ST25-03 average three zones of 7.37% CG over 4.70 m at 12.00 m, 7.01% CG over 3.14 m at 38.86 m and 4.77% CG over 6.50 m at 44.50 m;
(Note: All reported intersections are based on the drilled width and are not converted to the true width. True widths are currently unknown.)
Three of the five drill holes reported in this update (holes BP25-01, 02 and 03) were drilled on L0N. Holes BP25-01 and 02 tested the degree of mineralization in the stripped rock, located along the western conductive trend. Gat BP25-03. With collar ~ 130 m to the east, it was drilled to evaluate the eastern conductive trend. The holes encountered several, southeastern, mineralized zones, ranging from 0.5 m to 8.6 m in board thickness. The mineralization has been traced from the surface to a vertical depth of approximately 35 m and remains open for further expansion at depth. Gat BP25-04, located at 100 m along the trend north of BP25-03, successfully expanded mineralization and guest stratigraphy. Gat BP25-05 was drilled to evaluate a separate surface in the surface and conducting deviation on L100N at 0+50W. A limited mineralization of lower quality stated this goal. The full test results of the five holes are shown in Table 1 and the locations of the drill holes in Figure 2. It is expected that further test results will be released in the coming weeks.

Selected samples from the nine holes drilled at Black Pearl were submitted for assay analysis. A total of 620 m was drilled during the program. All drill core samples were sampled, stored and sent according to the best practices from the industry and delivered to Activation Laboratories (“ActLabs“), Ancaster, Ontario, for sample preparation and analyzes using code 4f-c graphitic of laboratories, where C-graphite (infrared) is analyzed, whereby the sample is subject to a multi-staircase treatment to remove all forms of carbon, with the exception of graphite cabbage); Accredited ISO-certified laboratory also included field duplicates, blanks and a graphite standard sample and quality assurance (QA/QC).
