Gold Logie Winner’s next $ 1 million relocation – realestate.com.au

With retirement home & away star, and newly printed Golden Logie winner, Lynne McGranger, got her Kensington investment apartment out of the planned auction last weekend.

The two -bedroom apartment in Kensington in Sydney has now received an asking price of $ 1.1 million that was the price guide given by Taylors Property Management Specialists Agent Mark Taylor.

It has generated more than 1600 page views on realestate.com.au since the mention four weeks ago.

The apartment is on the fourth floor of the 2006 built Acadamie complex on Anzac Parade.

McGranger and her partner Paul McWaters bought $ 472,000 a year after the completion of the 2006-built complex.

There are eight owners in the block who own longer than McGranger and MCWaters.

The apartment on two levels is split into sleeping and entertainment levels.

The two bedrooms are upstairs, while the open kitchen living and dining is on the entry level that opens to a large balcony with a view of the north on the skyline of the city. Located between Carlton St and Goodwood St, has the parking for two cars.

McGranger won the Gold Logie for her old role on Home & Away last week, where she has been playing Irene Roberts for more than 33 years.

McGranger, 72, joined Home & Away in 1993, five years after the series started and is credited as the longest serving female cast member of a TV soapy in Australia.

She took over the role of Irene Roberts from Jacquy Phillips.
