Located in Kharadi, this is GHF’s second branch in Pune within six months, underscoring the company’s growing footprint and its focus on inclusivity and accessibility in key markets.
While the branch will serve a diverse customer base, the all-female team represents the company’s broader commitment to improving the representation of women in the financial services industry. GHF plans to build on this initiative to develop a strong pipeline of female professionals equipped for roles in the BFSI industry.
The branch will offer affordable home loans starting from ₹5 lakh, with a tenure of up to 30 years, for both employees and self-employed people. By strengthening its distribution model, the company aims to deepen its network of connectors, builders and channel partners to improve access to affordable housing financing in underpenetrated micro markets. The broader goal is to support aspiring homeowners – especially women – in securing permanent housing.
Aarohi, Godrej Capital’s inclusion platform, focuses on empowering women as borrowers, employees, partners and community influencers. Since its launch, Aarohi has facilitated over ₹1,000 crore worth of loan bookings for women and aims to positively impact over 1 lakh women in the next five years.
Mehernosh Tata, CEO, Godrej Housing Finance, said, “We believe diversity and inclusion are key to building trust and delivering stronger results for our customers. Through Aarohi, we want to create meaningful opportunities for women to lead and thrive as we continue to make home ownership more accessible to families across India.”
