Hickory Crawdads
Gavin Fein led the crawdads to a 6-1 victory over the fireflies (Royals) while he ended with a few hits that brought in two points. He finished the day 2 for 5 with a team of high two RBIs. That brought its stroke average to .304 and his RBI count to six.
Marco Torres led the team with three hits. Esteban Mejia and Yolfran Castillo both bonded Fien with two hits each. Luis Marquez and Paulino Santana each had an RBI. The other runs for the crawdads would come from a throw error and a wild pitch.
In his beginning Kamdyn Perry pushed to hold the fireflies off the board. He gave up 3 hits, walked 4 and threw out 2. He ran more than he expanded, but he was able to limit hits and could stay out of trouble.
Michael Trach would follow a scoreless inning of his own that did not allow hits, two walks and a strikeout. Wily Vilar would be the pitcher to allow a run as he did in 1.2 innings. They made 2 hits and 2 walks against him while he turns out 2.
Brock Porter would finish the game with scoreless 1.1 innings. He gave up one hit while he walked, nobody hit a few. It is good to see that he gets his order under control, what the thing is that his professional career has paralyzed him.
Hub City Spartanburgers
The Spartanburgers gave a 4-2 lead in the eighth inning and things fell apart because the case granted 6 points on 4 hits while walking 2 and recording 0 strikeouts. Adonis Villavicencio would come out of the inning, allowing 1 run on 1 hit with 1 strikeout and received the last 2. The Spartanburgers eventually lost 9-4 to the tourists (Astros).
DJ McCarty was solid in his start when he allowed 2 points on 5 hits in 4 innings ran 2 and threw out 5. Adrain Rodriguez was the next man and he was great to hold the tourists scoreless. His last rule was 1 hit in 3 innings with 1 walks and 5 strikeouts.
At the end of the attack, Dylan Dreiling hit his 11th home run to distract the game, he ended the game 1 by 4 with one RBI and a walk. Maxton Martin launched his first Homer of the Year.
Malcolm Moore would also contribute an RBI Single. The last run came thanks to Gierider Figuereo with an RBI Double. None of these guys had several hits.
Frisco Roughriders
Jose Corniell would continue to impress when he returned from his injury while he kept the missions (Padres) to one run over four innings. His line was 1 point on 2 hits without walks and three strikeouts in four innings. That would help the Roughriders achieve an 8-4 victory.
Jackson Kelley would win the victory with 1.2 scoreless innings, allowing one hit and one would hit one. Joey Danielson would also throw a scoreless inning while mowing along the side by beating all three hitters.
Avery Weems would not have as easy as the others. He allowed 3 points in 3 hits in 1 inning with 1 walk and no strikeouts. Gerado Carrillo ended the game with a scoreless ninth. He did not allow hits with two free walking and one strikeout.
The attack clicked on Frisco when Aaron Zavala led the team with three hits and had an RBI. Keyber Rodriguez led the team with three RBIs because he had a two RBI single and the choice of an RBI Fielder.
Sebastian Walcott would be another player who stands out in the offensive end. He had no hit. However, he was able to take four walks. It is good to see that he is patient and has the opportunity to walk.
Round Rock Express
The Express won 3-2 against the bees (angels) behind their early attack. Trevor Haver hit a Homer with two runs in the first inning. It was his 11th of the year. Omar Narvaez added in the second inning with an RBI Single. That was all the violation they needed.
Michael Plassmeyer kept them scoreless in 6 innings, allowing 2 hits without walks and 7 seven strikeouts. Josh Sborz would throw a scoreless inning after him and allowed one hit and put a stuck.
Gavin Collyer would surrender a run in one inning. He also gave up 1 hit, 1 walk and hit 2. Jose Ruiz would get the salvation while he allowed 1 run on 2 hits with 1 walk and 1 strikeout.
