During the recent launch of the Triumph Trident 800 and Street Triple 765 RX, the media in attendance also had the opportunity to see for themselves another new model from the brand, the Scrambler 400 XC. Bookings for this model have already opened at a price of RM34,200 and is expected to arrive in March.
The Scrambler 400 XC offers possibilities off road which is stronger than the Scrambler 400 spoke tubeless brand Excel 19 inches front and 17 inches rear, wrapped in Metzeler Karoo Street 100/90 and 140/80 tires respectively.

With all these changes, the Scrambler 400 XC weighs 190 kg, making it slightly heavier than the Scrambler 400 (179 kg). The fuel tank and seat height are still the same at 13 liters and 835 mm respectively.
Other basic parts make no difference either, including the engine, a 398 cc single-cylinder with 40 hp and 37.5 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed clutch-type gearbox slip and assist.
The suspension consists of: fork USD 43mm on the front, and monoshock RSU with rear preload adjustment, each with the same 150mm travel distance (also still the same as the Scrambler 400).
Stopping the engine is a single 320mm disc brake with a four-piston caliper at the front and a single-piston caliper of 230mm at the rear. abdominal muscles two-channel with mod off road included as standard, along with lockable handle controls.
The meter section uses analogue and digital matching units, while other included equipment also includes a USB-C charging socket immobilize theft deterrent. Three colors are offered for this Scrambler 400 XC, namely Racing Yellow, Storm Gray and Vanilla White.
