Future History leads the odds in the open Bagot Handicap field

Future History held a call with betting companies for the Bagot Handicap (2800m) this afternoon in Flemington.

The Ciaron Maher-trained gelding led the Christmas Cup at Randwick last time and looks capable up to 2800m despite being top weight. It costs $3.50.

Star Vega is at $4.20 on the second betting line, while Speycaster is at $5.50. Garachico costs $6 and is kept safe at most gambling sites.
