Rwanda – September 24, 2025 -The Professional Fighters League (PFL) has announced the entire line-up for the very first PFL Africa Semifinals, set for Saturday, October 18 in BK Arena in Kigali, Rwanda.
After announcing the first four selection framework battles, including the main and co-main event, the PFL now has the entire confirmation PFL Africa semi -finals: Rwanda Map with seven extra action-packed attacks that are guaranteed to electrify African MMA fans. This historical event marks the largest MMA showcase that has ever been staged in East Africa, where Rwanda’s growing reputation is underlined as a leading destination for sports and entertainment of world class.
Driven by the Global Brand Tour Rwanda, the lively nation continues to position itself on the international stage by organizing world -famous artists and concerts, international festivals and elite sports competitions. By bringing the PFL Africa – and and finals to Kigali, PFL adds mixed martial arts to that list of milestone moments – with “the land of a thousand hills” as a hub of culture, sports and innovation. This event is a milestone moment for Global MMA, because the PFL Africa is integrating into its fastest growing international competition, so that African athletes enable a worldwide platform and life -changing opportunities.
After two exciting events in Cape Town and Johannesburg, Africa’s best bantam weight, featherweight, welterweight and heavyweight athletes will now descend on Kigali with their sights on Benin, where the inaugural PFL Africa champions are crowned in December.
PFL Africa semi -finals: Rwanda will contain a total of 11 fights-eight semi-final attacks, two alternative attacks and one showcase fight.
Open the semi -final, that of Nigeria Adeshina’s letter (8-3) Meet Liberia’s Dwight Joseph (15-2) In a featherweight confrontation. Both hunters assured their semi -final slots in Johannesburg last month, where Adeshina beat Jean Jacques Lubaya and stopped Joseph Wilker Nsamo.
In the Welterweight Division, that of Guinea-Bissau Yabna “The Panther” N’Tchahala (12-2-1) seems to expand his dominance and get a step closer to glory. Opposite him Emilios (5-1) Van Kameroen, a product of the Francis Ngannou Foundation that carries frightening knockout power that is reminiscent of his countryman, Ngannou himself.
In Bantam weight action, the unbeaten Boule from Godogo (4-0) van de DRC, fresh of a large upset victory against Shannon van Tonder (7-3), meets Algeria’s Karim “The Kryptonian” Hennienene (5-0) In a classic “someone’s 0 must go” match-in-line to deliver Elite Gripbeurs.
The heavyweight division has a collision in force like that of Ivory Coast Abraham “The only only” Bable (6-2) Squares against those of Nigeria Joffie Houllton (8-4). These two athletes will form the scene in the first heavyweight semi-final before their counterparts collide, while Cameroon’s Maxwell Djantou Nana (7-1) met unbeaten South African Justin Clarke (3-0) with a coveted spot in the championship round on the line.
A special treat is on the cards for Rwandans as one of the own sons of the nation, James Opio (2-1)-An exciting Finisher with one TKO and one entry aim to stamp his authority when he meets an unbeaten martial artist in Uganda’s Isaac Omeda (2-0) In a featherweight fight.
In the Co-Main event, that of South Africa Lord Zebele (9-3) known as the “king of many nations” seems to be another step in the direction of gold. He is confronted with unbeaten Zimbabwean prospect Power Hokinya (6-0), a dangerous competition that besides Nicholas Hwende, trains the hunter who once dethroned Ndebele.
The head of the map, the unorthodox Featherweightwoman of Nigeria, Nigeria Patrick Ocheme (7-1) Meet Burkina Faso’s Dynamic Spits Abdoul Razac Sankara (7-4), who drives in the matchup with Momentum of a “knockout of the night” performance in Johannesburg.
