Fulcrum Digital has appointed Gulveen Kaur as Senior Vice President of Insurance, its business AI and digital transformation company announced today. Kaur will oversee the firm’s global insurance practice, focusing on strategic and technology solutions.
Kaur joins from Capgemini, where she led delivery, customer engagement and operations for insurance and banking clients in Southeast Asia from Hong Kong. She has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and IT sectors across Asia and holds an MBA and FLMI qualification.
Her previous roles include leadership positions at AXA Hong Kong, Manulife Asia and MetLife, where she led platform development, digital transformation and core insurance modernization projects. Her work included the implementation of policy administrations in the areas of property and casualty insurance, life insurance, employee benefits and group insurance.
At Fulcrum Digital, Kaur will work to expand the company’s insurance presence globally by leveraging its capabilities in digital engineering, automation and AI-led innovation through its proprietary agentic AI platform. She will lead the strategic and execution activities of the company’s technology solutions and services for insurance clients.
Dhana Kumarasamy, Chief Executive Officer of Fulcrum Digital, said Kaur’s domain expertise and track record in digital transformation would be critical to the company’s growth trajectory. Kaur stated that the appointment comes at a time when the insurance industry is undergoing significant transformation, in line with its focus on purpose-driven innovation.
