Lavers says that it has been a slow start of spring in terms of offers.

“But the buyer’s question is extremely strong … everything that comes on the market has reached strong prices,” he said.

He has just sold a house with four bedrooms on a block of 458 m² at 15 Courtenay RD, Rose Bay for $ 10.1 million, which had previously traded for $ 4.1 million six years ago.

And another house on 97 Dover RD, Dover Heights had collected a little less than $ 9 million.

“Four Courtenay RD, we had 36 groups through the first inspection in the middle of a thunderstorm, so the demand for copper is strong,” said Lavers.
