A local local in East Hampton with frequent turnover has a new tenant.

Frankie’s fantastic Italiano opened in August on 44 Three Mile Harbor Road, and share an address with Drai’s East HamptonA nightclub in Las Vegas that opened from the east in July 2025.

Last summer the restaurant space was the home base of Manhattan transplantation Little Charli’s, who shared a space with the Nightclub Common Ground East (which moved to 174 Daniels Hole Road in East Hampton this summer). Earlier served El Turco, a trendy Turkish restaurant located in Miami, hot pink hummus from the same dining room from 2022 to 2023.

The space itself has a praised history that dates more than five decades, with earlier tenants, including night clubs such as Leo, Philippe, SL East, NV Tsunami, the Jag and Mellow Mouth.

Now the space is split into a nightclub and the Italian American eatery for Guets to load on chicken farm and Penne Alla Wodka before she dances away the night.

“Frankie’s fantastic Italiano is where East Hampton collects all year round to enjoy authentic Italian flavors, share wood -fired magic and celebrate the spirit of the Hampton’s four, from summer suns to autumn harvest, Winterwarmth and Spring wake up,” said A. Cilione in different concepts of Frankie’s and owner of Frankie’s and owner.

The restaurant revolves around a wood -fired oven, to make elongated Roman style pizzas with three types of sauce (Marinara, White or Spicy Fra Diavolo), all customizable with special topping options, including Burrata, Spicy Honey, Truffle, Ricotta, Sopressata, more. A fabuloso pizza of $ 125 runs 1 meter long (that is more than three feet, Americans).

Frankie’s fantastic menu also contains divisible apps, such as zucchini chips and fried calamares, plus salads, including the characteristic house salad that Romaine mixes with tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, artichokes, Kalamata and ProVolone cheese. Pastas are all below $ 30 and include public substances such as Rigatoni Pomodoro, Gnocchi in Wodka sauce with burrata and linguine salsiccia with broccoli-stabe, fresh garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, sausage, sausage, Parmesan cheese. Hartiere main courses include Kipparmezan cheese, for example, or served family style, and seafood dishes such as panijn with pan with homemade pesto and cherry tomatoes plus grilled salmon with vegetables.

The restaurant is currently open from Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday from 5 pm – 10 pm and Friday and Saturday from 5 pm – 10 am reservations are available for groups of up to 12 Open. Delivery and collection assignments are offered via UberEATS.
