These light fitness cream puff pastry rings are a perfect combination of refined taste and improved ingredients with a generous portion of protein. - 80 g soft low-fat cottage cheese
- 37 g (1 packet) vanilla pudding powder
- 30 g cane sugar

Instructions:
We start by preparing the batter. Combine in a small saucepan water, milk, butter and a pinch salty. Let the butter then melt add the flour. Stir thoroughly until a dough forms. It should come away nicely from the sides of the pot. Remove the finished dough from the heat and let it cool.
In the meantime, cook the milk with sugar and pudding until it thickens. While the pudding is still hot, whisk in the sauce soft cheese. Then add the egg white and mix until smooth. Cover the cream with plastic wrap and let cool in the refrigerator for an hour.

Then return to the batter. Beat gradually both eggs with a whisk. Fill a piping bag fitted with a decorative nozzle with the resulting smooth batter and form smaller rings on baking paper. In total you need to make about 12 rings. Place the rings in an oven preheated to 240 °C and fry for three minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 180°C and pre-bake 10–15 minutes until golden brown. Let the rings cool after baking.
Then cut them horizontally into slices and fill them with the cooled cream using a piping bag with a decorative nozzle. Serve sprinkled with icing sugar.
