Instructions:
Cut the peeled apples into cubes and mix them in sugarcorn starch, cinnamoncloves and lemon juice. Place the apples in a baking dish and start preparing the topping. Mix oats of sugar, flourcinnamon and coarsely chopped walnuts. Add cold butter cut into slices and work with your fingers into a crumble.

Brush the apples with this mixture and fry until golden brown 180°C for about 30-40 minutes. The crumble can be served warm with Greek yogurt.
