Levi Colwill says that Chelsea is different from Inter Milan or Real Madrid and have faith in seeing Paris St-Germain in the club World Cup final on Sunday.

Chelsea is seen as underdogs against PSG as currently the best team in the world.

However, Colwill said that he and his blues teams are sure to cause upset and to avoid the heavy defeats that Madrid (4-0) in the semi-final on Wednesday and Inter Milan (5-0) in the Champions League final last month in the Champions League final.

“They are a great team – but we are not an Inter of Real Madrid,” said Colwill for the training (via Yahoo Sports).

“They were really good. But Real Madrid is very different from us. They don’t press us or play like us. [PSG] I can’t expect us to give them the same game. We are going to bring different things. We are different players.

“Most people around the world would expect PSG to win, but we don’t think so in this camp. I remember the first time in this tournament when I did media, I said we are winners – and we got it that far.

“That shows that I don’t lie. The players really have a top mentality and we are very enthusiastic to enter this final. It is where we are. We have faith in ourselves to win the game.”

“You have to respect how they press, how they play, but we are not going to change our whole way to play them.

“We have our plan, our identity that we adhere through the Gaffer and that is when we play our best football, so let’s keep up.

“We are so far when playing our football, so why are we going to change that now?”

Chelsea won the Conference League and qualified for next season’s Champions League by finishing fourth.

Colwill would like to acquire a new trophy to the cabinet, especially with this the first chance to win the new extensive Club World Cup.

“To place yourself in the history books, it would really be good for the team and building trust that the future is going,” he added.
