Fashion Week in New York City is a stressful time for designers who present their latest rules in the hope that shoppers will buy what they are selling.
But fashion designer Jill Stuart has already cashed her last product – a Soho Penthouse, which sold it for $ 15 million, according to public registers who have been submitted to the city this week.
Stuart bought the apartment for $ 11.2 million in 2007 and was originally looking for $ 24.5 million when it came on the market in July 2023. The house underwent a series of price reductions and asked $ 16 million for the last time when it went in June, according to Streeteasy.
Adam Modlin and Compass from Modlin Group shared the list.
