GOALKEEPS

All four of our experts were not selected alone Christian Waltonbut gave him priority. Ipswich Town host both opponents this week and they go into the games having kept a clean sheet last time out.

DEFENDERS

That same diagram also strengthens the arguments for Dara O’Shea. He stands safely for minutes and brings peace to the back line. Ipswich need defensive stability. Two home games give him every opportunity to achieve stable returns.

The return of Omar Sowunmi adds even more appeal in defense. Six goals this season and 23 in the last four campaigns highlight his aerial dominance. Those figures are exceptional for a central defender. Add to that its clearance output and it offers both safety and benefit.

MIDFIELDERS

Shape is firm Jack Payne. A hat-trick from last week says it all. He takes penalties and remains the creative focal point, so involvement is rarely in question. Even in tougher competitions he has proven that he can perform. This helped all four of us judges select and prioritize him this week. After taking everything into consideration, he is given the captaincy.

There is also consistency in the numbers for this Fred Onyedinmawho has contributed 14 goals this season. He plays a central role in Wycombe’s attack and regularly finds dangerous areas. Our four experts all agreed that he is one of the best midfield choices going into the new round.

FORWARD

It was quieter at the front Michael Wangbut his role has not changed. He leads the line, plays 90 minutes and takes penalties. That responsibility keeps him relevant every week. With games against Accrington Stanley and Oldham Athletic, Cheek is hard to ignore.

The trust is now fully present Jayden Wareham after his recent hat-trick. He operates as a lone striker and the team is built to create for him. Momentum is on his side, and the upcoming Double Gameweek could see him build on that.

TEAM CHOICES

From a team perspective Ipswich And Bromley stand out. Ipswich have two home games and clear motivation in the promotion race. Bromley sit top of League Two and are unbeaten in 15 games.

Both sides were prioritized by our entire panel this week, highlighting their significance in contrast to other options.
