This week the internet buzzed as one of the largest icons of Bodybuilding, Ronnie Coleman, to the gym after a recent health shelter.
Careful, Coleman, who shares the record of all time for most MR Olympia trophies won with 8 titles (a performance he shares with Lee Haney) in June was admitted to the hospital and was then diagnosed with Sepsis, a serious blood infection. The Van Coleman family then confirmed that he had recently also undergone a minimally invasive procedure in his heart, “to support his overall quality of life.”
The man who is known at millions of bodybuilding fans fought against a series of health problems such as “The King”, explained that the entire test had been “one of the most difficult fights of my life”. Fortunately, his desire helped to increase a greater consciousness of Sepsis, and helped the relentless support of his followers with his healing. Now Coleman has posted his return to the gym, and it seems that he is again in great shape.

The activity of Coleman continued a follow -up post on August 18, where he made it with some dumbbells. “Back on that daily routine in the original Metroflex gym,” the star shared.
