Considered one of Australia’s most successful real estate agents, Rubinstein is the go-to man for some of the country’s richest people when they want to sell their homes and make as much money as possible.
The 35-year-old has made a name for himself in Sydney’s affluent eastern suburbs as an agent of choice and achieved wider celebrity status thanks to his starring role in Amazon streaming series Luxe Listings Sydney.

Rubinstein has also created personal wealth of over $10 million for himself through his own personal real estate transactions.
Intense interest in the star agent has been reignited by the appearance of his ex-girlfriend, model and influencer Holly Young, on the latest revival of Big Brother Australia.
Young, 31, described herself as a “little bit of a unicorn” and previously graced the social pages on Rubinstein’s arm during the couple’s famous love story, according to news.com.au.
Rubinstein and Young dated last year with numerous photos of their flirting captured on social media.

Their romance was confirmed after they were captured on a romantic holiday in August 2024, but called it quits just a few months later when Holly reportedly moved on to his good friend, entrepreneur Richie Harkham.
Last year, Rubinstein sold his luxury home of two years in the eastern suburbs for about $8 million.
He had owned the modern Waverley home since March 2022, when he paid $6.25 million, according to property records. The then new mansion was designed by the prestigious house builder Future Flip.
Rubinstein sold the mirror-image detached townhouse for two people on an adjacent 375 m² plot for the same price a week before his own purchase.

“Each of these homes achieved record prices for the area,” Neil Hipwell of Future Flip noted on his website at the time.
Hipwell, the award-winning builder and developer, is married to former lads magazine model and reality TV star Krystal Hipwell. Then known by her maiden name, Krystal Forscutt appeared in the 2006 series Big Brother Australia.
The ground floor of the house is spread over three different levels and offers an open plan living and dining area that extends to a limed oak outdoor terrace and a deep garden with an eco-heated swimming pool.

In 2018, Rubinstein spent $1.88 million off-market to secure a 120m2 unit in Potts Point in Sydney’s east, in the Rockwell Building in the Macleay St dress circle. Right in the heart of the former Kings Cross party district.

Rubinstein is believed to have several other property investments, but only in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, where he says it is the only area he is willing to invest in.

Rubinstein said he follows three rules when it comes to investing.
The first was that every home had to be close to the beach.
The second was to purchase units with the potential to own the entire strata complex over time and add value to increase yield.
And the third was to treat investing as “a long-term strategy” and buy with the intention of never selling.
