Rising obesity levels have led to a triple of dead by cancers linked to overweight, warn American doctors.
Analyzing data from 33,000 obesity related deaths by cancer in the US between the late 90s and 2020s found the experts that the number of fatalities had risen from 3.7 per million to 13.5 per million during the two decades.
This included deaths due to intestinal and colon cancer, a form of the disease that is known to mysteriously stand up among young healthy adults younger than 50.
The analysis also showed that certain parts of the population were more difficult to hit by increasing cancer deaths than others.
These include women, older adults, rural population and people from black and Indian backgrounds.
It is known that obesity increases the risk of 13 types of cancer, with overweight the second biggest cause of the disease in Great -Britain that in 20 cases activates an activity.
In the US, cancers linked to obesity accounts for 40 percent of all forms of the disease diagnosed per year.
Dr. Faizan Ahmed, from Hackensack Meridian Jersey Shore University Medical Center in New Jersey and the lead researcher of the analysis, said the findings showed that the importance of public measures to tackle obesity.

“This research underlines the need for targeted public health strategies, such as early screening and improved access to care, especially in risky national and disadvantaged areas,” he said.
The analysis also showed that the burden of obesity-related deaths due to cancer was higher in certain parts of the US.
Regionally, the midwest had the highest percentages, while the northeast had the lowest.
At state level, Vermont, Minnesota and Oklahoma had the highest percentages of dead, while Utah, Alabama and Virginia had the lowest.
Obesity increases the risk of 13 cancers: esophageal, chest, intestine, uterus, gallbladder, stomach, kidneys, liver, ovaries, pancreas, the thyroid gland and one type of brain and blood cancer respectively.
Having extra fat on the body increases the risk of cancer in different ways.
Too much body fat can lead to the levels of growth people increasing. This in turn encourages cells to distribute more often, and the risk of mutations that can become cancer.
Fat also causes inflammation in the body where it accumulates, which also encourages cell division and increases the risk of cancer.

Finally, for women – fat cells can produce more of the female sex hormone estrogen after menopause.
This can lead to an increased cell division in the breasts and uterus, which increases the risk of developing cancer.
About one in four people in England are obese, roughly double the ratio in the 90s.
The increase in the US has still been grim with 40 percent who now considered obese in the early 90s compared to around 12 percent.
Although obesity is considered responsible for about 5 percent of all cancers in the UK, this increases dramatically for certain types.
For colon cancer – including colon and rectum cancer – content or overweight, 11 percent of all cases of this disease are caused.
Men mainly run the risk of research that suggests that the risk of a man on developing colon cancer increases by 10 percent for every 11 kg (5 kg) that he puts in adulthood.
The risk of colon cancer in men increases by 30 percent for every five increase in their Body Mass Index (BMI).
