Jain Resource Recycling
Jain Resource Recycling shares made a strong debut on the Bourses with a premium of 14 percent above the IPO price of £ 232.
It is mentioned at £ 265.25 on the BSE and at £ 265.05 on the NSE. It then scaled to a peak of £ 278.5.
The IPO collected 15.90 times subscription to the last day of Bidding, set at a price band set at £ 220-232 per share. The company mobilized a little more than £ 562 crore from anchor investors. The offer consists of a new issue of shares that merge to £ 500 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) with a value of £ 750 crore.
Epack prefab technologies
Epack Prefab Technologies debuted weakly on the market with a 9-9.8 percent discount on Bourses at the IPO price of £ 204. On the BSE and NSE the share began to act at 186.10 and £ 183.85 respectively. Postlisting moderated between £ 183.85 and £ 192.95.
The IPO of £ 504-CR received a modest response with 3.07 times subscription to the last day of bidding. The IPO consisted of a new edition of shares worth £ 300 crore and a Vans of 1 Crore shares by promoters with a value of £ 204 crore at the top.
Prior to the IPO, the company raised £ 151.2 crore from anchor investors.
BMW Ventures
The stock of BMW Ventures went to the lower circuit on Bourses after a weak debut. On the NSE, the shares started to act at £ 78, 21 percent below the IPO price of £ 99. On the BSE, the shares debuted with a 19 percent discount on £ 80. At 11 am it was locked in the lower circuit at £ 76 and £ 74.10 on the BSE and NSE.
The £ 232 crore IPO received 1.50 times on the last day of the offer.
SME IPOS
Shares of Gurunanak Agriculture India reached the lower tire of £ 57 per share after mention at £ 60 at the issue price of £ 75. The £ 28.8 crore IPO received a general subscription of 1.7 times.
Praruh Technologies made a flat debut on the BSE SME platform at £ 63, the same as the IPO price. The £ 23.50 Crore IPO picked up 1.2 times subscription.
After his debut with a 5.55 percent discount on the BSE SME platform for £ 68 against the IPO price of £ 72, Solvex Edibles shares found the lower circuit at £ 64.60. The £ 19-cr IPO received just over 1x subscription.
Systematic industries shares were traded at £ 192 at 11:06 am, after mention at £ 193.80, at the offer price of £ 195. This IPO of £ 116-crore received nearly 6x subscription.
