Eddie Hearn has responded after Dana White trashed him and attacked other promoters during the Zuffa Boxing 04 post-fight presser last weekend.
The feud between Hearn and White has escalated after the latter dismissed the Matchroom Sport chairman as a rival promoter for the latest Tom Aspinall situation. He joked:
‘Is that him? [Eddie Hearn] a rival promoter? I haven’t seen any competition from Eddie Hearn or any of these other guys. He is now a manager. Who cares? We deal with many different people. I wouldn’t call Eddie Hearn a rival or anything like that. He’s a manager. There are a damn million of them, and we have to deal with them all. And you know, have you ever heard of us having problems dealing with a manager? What will Eddie Hearn bring to the management table that we haven’t seen in 25 years? No, nothing.”

Eddie Hearn wasted no time in firing back. The 46-year-old opined further The Ariel Helwani Show that Dana White isn’t meant for the boxing world, and Hearn didn’t expect the UFC CEO to implode so early.
The Brit also added that White has been harassing him for months, referring to him as a “pu**y” numerous times and even called him out for a boxing match, while last weekend he also claimed that Hearn is no longer his competition, which purely makes no sense.
“Boxing isn’t for him. It’s the worst thing in the world. And I didn’t expect him to implode so early… There’s four or five clips; he hasn’t stopped talking about me. He’s called me a pu**y five or six times; he’s called me up for a fight, a fight! And then he says I’m no competition. I’ll be honest with you. I agree. In boxing, he can’t tie my boots right now. ”
Hearn believes Zuffa Boxing has been providing fans with ‘average content’ so White has nothing to be proud of as he and his own boxing promotion are not even ‘out of the garage’ yet as sold out stadium shows cannot compare to events at the Meta APEX. The Matchroom boss joked:
“He sits there and spins the story like he’s creating incredible blockbuster shows in stadiums. He’s not out of the garage yet. Literally, four shows in, and absolutely blasting average content… They haven’t done anything at all. And Dana coming out, losing his rag, blood pressure going through the roof, calling me this and that, but not actually doing anything… Show me what you’re doing is special.”
