E3 Lithium Ltd. (TSXV: ETL,OTC:EEMMF) (FSE: OW3) (OTCQX: EEMMF), “E3”, “E3 Lithium” or the “Company”, a leader in Canadian lithium, has commenced construction of its Phase 2 demonstration facility, located east of the town of Olds, Alberta in E3 Lithium’s Clearwater Project Area. Since the approval of the required permits from the Alberta Energy Regulator announced on September 11, 2025, the Company has progressed with preparation activities and is actively assessing the site for readiness for the planned drilling program as part of Phase 2 of the demonstration facility.

The rig construction work includes road access improvements, rig construction and environmental and safety preparations prior to mobilizing the rig to site. As is standard for drilling and operations in Alberta, and as part of E3’s commitment to best environmental practices, topsoil and subsoil are removed from the site and stored on either side (see photos below). Once the planned works on this site are completed, the site will be reclaimed. The disturbed soil is put back into place and the site is returned to its original purpose.

E3 Lithium expects the drilling rig to be mobilized to the site in the coming weeks. The wells to be drilled are an important part of Phase 2 of the demonstration facility as data collected during testing will confirm the flow rates and reservoir characteristics of the Leduc Reservoir. Production data will be used to further inform the well schedule and gathering and gas processing system for E3 Lithium’s planned commercial facility.

“Starting drill site preparation is an important step toward Phase 2 of the demonstration facility,” said Chris Doornbos, president and CEO of E3 Lithium. “Our team is focused on executing this program safely and efficiently, with a strong commitment to environmental stewardship. We look forward to providing further updates as drilling commences.”

E3 Lithium continues to work closely with local stakeholders, landowners and regulators to ensure operations are conducted responsibly and in accordance with industry best practices.

ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
