DWCS 85: Keep it locked for results from a great show

DWCS 85, the penultimate episode of the ninth season Dana White’s Contender Series, is here. Tonight week nine of the 10 week Pleat The schedule takes place in the pared-down Octagon at the UFC Apex facility in Enterprise, NV.

Live coverage of tonight’s card at the Apex begins at 8:00 PM ET/5:00 PM PT. In the United States you can watch the excitement from DWCS 85 via ESPN+, while UFC Fight Pass carries the event internationally.

After another successful weigh-in yesterday morning at the hotel, all five fights for DWCS 85 will take place as planned. 10 more MMA prospects will get a chance to impress UFC CEO Dana White for a contract tonight.

DWCS 85 main event

Top of the bill tonight is a lightweight affair that pairs Lucas Caldas (6-1 MMA) with the undefeated Magomed Zaynukov (7-0 MMA). All fights on the show tonight are an advertised maximum of three rounds of five minutes per round.

Immediately before that, the co-main event of the evening takes place in the bantamweight division, where Adrian Luna Martinetti (16-1 MMA) meets Mark Vologdin (12-3-1 MMA).
