On the other side, Steven Asplund would always fight this next week. Prior to the site of the main event that became available for DWCS 81, he would have entered the cage versus Jordan Heiderman (7-2 MMA) in the LFA. He has placed a 4-1 record in his last five fights.
On April 11 he stopped Raiden Kovacs with a second round knockout (punches and elbows) during LFA 206 in Prior Lake, MN. Asplund has won 80 percent of his fighting in the distance.

DWCS 81 Co-Main Event: Cam Teague vs. Lerryan Douglas

In the other corner, Freddy Vidal has won eight fights in a row that go back to amateur competitions. On June 28, he stopped Anthony Wilson through Knock -Out in the first round. This is a hunter who became a professional less than a year ago. Now he is potentially 15 minutes (or less) away from closing a deal in the large competitions.
