An Elizabeth South Home reportedly thrown away by its tenants is offered to house hunters as it is, with all the waste that has been left behind.
That can be a dealbreaker for some potential buyers, but others are expected to be attracted to the development potential of the property.
The owner of 15 Whitford RD has brought the house to the market with three bedrooms after the expansion of the tenants in what seems to have been a long -fed battle.
In order to be sold in its current expired condition, the house is littered with waste from inside and out.
Cabinet doors are missing in different kitchen cabinets and floors are torn everywhere.

The Elizabeth South Home on 15 Whitford RD is listed for sale.
The former rent was reportedly thrown away by its last tenants.
The house has been damaged, with waste that is littered on the inside and out.
The bathroom needs some TLC.
The bathroom seems too late for a good clean and, at the back of the building, sees a brick shed on the edge of the overdoors.
Sales agent Rhys Escitt, from Ray White Barossa Valley/Two Wells, said that the damage was caused by unmanageable tenants.
He said it had been a “continuous process” to turn off the tenants, who “took longer than expected”.
“The tenants did not take care of it,” said Mr Escritt, who was not sure how long the house was rented.
“It clearly needs a little work now (whether someone can live in the current state) depends on how picky they are.
“Probably someone like you or I would not really want (live there), but the services (utilities needed to be having a home, such as water and strength) and everything is still there.”
Mr Escritt said that a developer was the most obvious buyer for the property, which could divide the 805m² block into a maximum of three smaller allocations.

The bedrooms are also in a bad way.
The house is sold as it is.
That includes all the waste in the back garden.
And there is a lot …
However, the listing notes There is also ‘endless potential for investors, renovators or buyers from the first home to be ready to’ take on a project ‘and that the house’ offers a solid foundation that is ready for transformation ”.
Mr Escritt confirmed that one offer for the property was received within a few hours after it reached the market, but no decision would be made until the supplier has assessed the level of interest that was shown during open inspections.
No price guide has been released, but the offer states that the house is a “affordable access point in the market with a great advantage for those who are willing to do the work”.
The median prize for a house in Elizabeth South is $ 505,000, according to the latest proptrack data.
The local owner paid $ 70,000 for the house 17 years ago, according to real estate records.
Earlier this year, the state governance announced an antisocial failure of behavior in rental properties in an attempt to eradicate tenants who cause serious material damage.
The new ‘Three Strikes and You’ou Out’ policy, however, only applies to tenants in social housing.
The Whitford RD -Onderoer good will be auctioned online on 24 October, unless sold earlier.
