I thought I would share a message with some details from the country. It is a correct mix of self -explorations, but also choices that took some time to find the right one. It is a bit of recycling and mortar. Tell us if you want more renovation and the country. There is a never -bone source there.

Facked tile oxford special in the color almond. Treats in antique brass and part of the kitchen of Nordic. The stone is not exactly the same that we have chosen gives a good idea of what it finally looks like.

Looking for the right color for the kitchen cabinets that match tiles and all copper details. Now I know that you ask for color code, but I am honest, so make sure you give you a choice that does not fit your place at all. Here the fact that everything is green is outside a major role in how much pigment should be in the neutral. But having said that, you must get my two favorites when it comes to vanity tones.
It is more pigeon wing of Benjamin and it is white tie from Farrow and Ball. Jotun has two colors that I return to silk and white comfort. Unless one of these suits your taste, you should not ask me for color advice. ?

The tile will be laid as splash protection. It feels so rustic with tiles and we generally have so much stone. The couch, the island and the display box have a 35 thick disk with bullnosis, so it felt unnecessary and a bit stiff with stone on the wall over the couch.

Here the wall fixture is set up in a pile. Noted to the craftsmen and with the hope that they will be right. Antique brass and bronze as a base then a vanilletal screen on one and a fairly rough and straight storm lantern on the other. Everything is found via Hudson Valley and their range of Ralph Lauren. Keep it simple but classic.

The bar stools around what the island will be, are dressed in a chenille with oak leaves like a pattern. It is green and a darker blue in the bottom. Very nice contrast with the beige and the dark wood.

You see here.

Upstairs we are not the least finished with tailor -made curtains from Gardinex adorn all windows. Here is one of the guest crawls that will probably not be used as often when the guesthouse is ready. But here the sun comes up in the morning and it is a light that I can’t really describe. Cream colored, green and hazelnut is the color of the curtains above.

Okay, this is just because it made me happy on a fundamental plane. I don’t know if I mentioned it before, but the house has been sold with everything. Furniture and the whole ballet. So sometimes if you walk around a corner or lift on a shelf, there are treasures. These fantastic steps hung in the back of the site and I thought it was only the days before we went home. I only have to use it symbolically if we pull the first functions with the roof color.

The wallpaper in our small bedroom is a Paisley that I love. The wall here will eventually come down and the balcony at the front will be expanded so that we get the exit from the bedroom and adjacent hall to the front of the house. It is not a crime at all and you sleep so well here in the slightly narrower.

In the bathroom I have worn all summer. I have laid tiled walls, floors, painted, wallowed, tried to change windows that are built into washing machines and have placed a new sink. It is indeed a journey this. But a few years ago we had a lot left of the renovation in the city, so we already use the material from there. Maybe that is why you recognize tiles and floors and more. A sweet and hospitable bathroom for all sandy feet. It’s here in the country, so everything doesn’t have to be perfect.

I also painted a facade. I am close to all houses (minus garage) with a rotating primer. Then the beige broken whites should stand for more contrast. The windows are painted in a very dark green one reminiscent of robber and park benches. The roof and the anesthesia must be painted in another green of Beckers – green tea, and I think it will be fantastic when it is ready. One page at a time when you do everything yourself.

We find so much from the history of the house and these are framed photos when the founder came to Sweden with the American boat. He partly lived on the American east coast and was a great carpenter for the profession. I try to honor his work and history with every step. Now hang photos on the boat in the bathroom and his time on the lake.

Inside we sketch walls and we set up floor lists and diseases while we text. But next summer there will be the following summer. Will make any difference to be able to go out of this way. The house is built like a cross, so there are outputs and entrances a bit everywhere. The map is exactly the way we want it in a small house, but it will open well here with an extra door here.

This summer I added a lot of carbohydrates and comfort food, partly because if you wear, paint, joints, tiles and plant, you need a lot to eat. But also because the part is so incredibly good with pasta and tuna with far too much Peccorino.
