Akhil Wable, founder of DATAFORINDIA, has acquired a plot of 1,280 square garden in Vasant Vihar for RS 113 Crore by Eleannt Enterprises.

The real estate company based in South Delhi had bought the plot for RS 95 Crore in January of this year and paid RS 6.65 Crore in stamp rights.

Sources said that the local authority does not give permission to build on the plot because of the proximity of the Ridge area.
