Jon previously told his followers how he came to lose seven stones in just 12 months and shares his five top tips for success.

After he started on Mounjaro on 25 June 2024, he retained a calorie deficiency, using a total calculator from Daily Energy Expenditure (TDee) to find out his basic needs.

He explained: ‘The only thing you will just do is put your height, your age in it. It will find out what your specific calories need to be every day.

‘In your first few months of starting Mounjaro, I recommend that you will follow calories.

‘That will ensure that you do not go beyond your calorie deficit, but also, more importantly, more importantly, that you eat enough.
