ā€œIn any head coaching role, you serve as a steward of the program – tasked with helping athletes recognize their potential and providing the support needed to pursue it,ā€ Campbell said.

ā€œThe potential of this playing group is enormous, and although my role as coach is over, my belief in this team remains not. While Sick no longer have the best place in the house, Sick proudly cheering for The Gliders on their journey towards Brisbane 2032.ā€

Basketball Australia will start the process of selecting a Head Coach of the Gliders program in January 2026.

As part of this process, an interim coach for the Gliders will be appointed for immediate training and tournament operations.
