Cooper Flagg will headline the Rising Stars Challenge next month as part of All-Star Weekend.
The 28 players are divided into four teams. The 21 rookies and sophomores will be divided among three teams, with the G League players on a fourth team.
The four teams will play a mini-tournament on February 13, with the winners meeting in a title game.
Flagg will look to join Cade Cunningham, Andrew Wiggins, Kyrie Irving, John Wall and Elton Brand as No. 1 overall picks to win the Rising Stars Challenge MVP.
