Countless roads in the city, including Thammanam-Pullepady Road, are either not recovered after slots or are full of holes, even when the monsoon is around the corner.

Apex Council (Edraac), Said that drains along Several Byroads were yet to be desilted. “In turn, she would hide this, which led to flooding on roads and the subsequent formation of holes,” he added.
For its part, KMRL has been slow in repairing holes and the re -emergence of a side of the heavily barricaded civil line, which was transferred to it by the PWD for building the Kakkanad extension of the Kochi Metro. This has resulted in a considerable height difference between the road and the footpaths, while steep retailing has further reduced the usable width of the road outside the barricades, he said.
Expressing concern about the delay in leveling and re -emerging the Thammanam -Pullepady Road, which was stretched for laying water pipelines, Sakeer Thammanam, council member for Division 45 in the company, said that the state of the road caused accident and traffic construction. “The Kerala Water Authority must immediately pop up the stretched portions, while the mobile Pothole repair machine by Cochin Smart Mission Limited must be used optimally by Cochin Smart Mission Limited to fill holes along this corridor and other damaged roads in the city,” he said.
Advocate activist Girijavallabhan was looking for rapid measures to remedy the ‘pathetic’ state of Thammanam-Pullepady Road that connects MG Road and the NH 66 bypass. “The holes and waving along the road, including on top of the pull-pady bridge, must be remedied on a war foot before the rains intensify and reopen schools because they cause acute traffic,” he said.
