Completely collaboration with Sebi, says Avadhut Sata Trading Academy in the midst of accusations of misleading investors

Avadhut Sathe Trading Academy, who is confronted with SEBI supervision of accusations of misleading investors disguised with share tips as education, said on Tuesday that it works fully together with the regulator and remains dedicated to offer additional information or assistance.

In her statement, the academy said: “We work completely with Sebi and continue to use additional information or help they need. We welcome their guidance to guarantee the highest standards for compliance and transparency.”

The statement came days after a senior SEBI officer, without mentioning anyone, stated last week that the supervisor had carried out an important search operation against a prominent financial influencer in Mumbai.

Avadhut Sathe Trading Academy clarified that it is a training institution and not an advisory provider or a finfluencer.


It underlined that it does not publish or distribute research reports or share recommendations, nor does it offer personalized investment advice for consideration. The Institute added that it does not provide trade tips, stock calls or promise -insured returns. The Academy that is worked out on its role, said the Academy: “At Avadhut Sata Trading Academy (Asta) our focus has always been to develop independent traders and investors through structured training programs. Our sessions are designed to build analytical, implementation and decision -making skills and confidence.” Asta claimed to be a leading institute for training of the stock market that trained more than 62,000 students in 51+ countries and all 35 Indian states/UTs. With a presence in more than 180 cities and 650 districts, the Academy said that it has authorized more than 13,500 women and professionals. Sebi has tightened his alignment against financial influencers who offer investment tips or guaranteed returns under the guise of trade training sessions.

In February the Regulator Asmita Patel Global School and Finfluencer Asmita Patel prohibited from the capital markets.

The case related to persons who register for trade courses of Asmita Patel Global School of Trading. The SEBI command stated that they were misled by exaggerated profit promises and are forced to pay high costs for minimal or ineffective trade training.
