Keto Collagen Bounty Bars

- In a large food processor, combine the desiccated coconut, collagen powder, coconut cream, sweeteners, vanilla and salt. Add more food creatine when using. Mix until a sticky mixture forms that holds its shape when pressed together. Taste and adjust the sweetness to your liking.
Line a baking tray or small bowl with baking paper. Take a portion of the coconut mixture and roll or press it into a stick shape (or small balls/bites). If using almonds, press one into the center of each strip.
Place the formed coconut bars in the freezer at least 30-60 minutesor until firm. This is important so that they stay together when dipped in chocolate.
Mix the chopped chocolate, sweetener and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring well after each, until the chocolate is smooth and melted.
