The Upper Triplex offers a considerable amount of space, modern updates such as central air and some period details such as wide shelf floors, black marble coats and a staircase with a curved railing. With regard to the price, however, it is not exactly a modest monthly edition.

The brackets cornice was probably a later 19th -century addition.

Wide plank boards extend from the entrance hall to the front salon and adjacent dining room. There are some hints with later renovations, such as the wall lists in the salon, but both rooms have black marble mantels, earlists and pilasters that frame the door in between. The window -free dining room is generously large and, according to the map, is a bit open for the kitchen, which extends over the back of the house in which was probably originally a tea canda.

The kitchen has windows on the back wall and a glass door that offers access to the back garden. In the cooking space is a large island, gray cupboards and a dishwasher. Half a bath is put in the back of the entrance hall, together with two cupboards.

Upstairs are four bedrooms plus an office spread over the top two floors, along with two full baths. The bedroom on the second floor on the street is the only cupboard of one without, but it does have a cloak and access to the small office, which is displayed as a daycare center in the list photos. All bedrooms have wooden floors, light finishes and are generously large.

The bath on the second floor has a double vanity and walk -in shower while the third floor has a bath. A sky -blue mosaic tile floor gives the latter a little color. It also serves as the laundry room, with stackable units.

Outside in the garden is a raised seating area at the rear with a gravel terrace surrounded by green.
