there have been some new media reports claiming that the likes of Chelsea are trying their level best to land the signing of Atletico Madrid star Julian Alvarez.
We all know that CHELSEA Spending a lot of money during the summer transfer window, they added a number of players, but only Liam Delap and Joao Pedro were the two players the Blues chose to lead that attack.
However, both strikers have failed to impress as many had hoped, meaning the Blues board will once again delve into the transfer kit and potentially add a new striker to that attack, with Julien Alvarez being linked with a return to the Premier League.
According to a report from SPORTcost the player more than a hundred million euros, and two London clubs are doing everything they can to secure his signature.

Alvarez has been one of the best strikers in the world since his move to Atletico Madrid. He has scored goals consistently and there is no doubt that he would be an exceptional addition to the Chelsea attack.
But the January transfer window has just closed, Chelsea could have signed Alvarez if they really wanted the South American star, so rumors will continue to fly in the coming months about players the Blues could sign.
Liam Rosenior needs to attract players he wants, who he can really work with. It will be interesting to see who exactly the Blues manage to sign when the summer transfer window opens. There will be a lot of players linked together, that’s for sure.
VAN DE VEN TOLD SPURS TO LEAVE
Tottenham star ad Chelsea transfer target Micky van de Ven has been told that a move to one of Europe’s true heavyweights is the “right move” for his career as Spurs continue to falter under Thomas Frank.
This season, Tottenham are once again underperforming after a summer of changes, as Tomas Frank struggles to achieve the results the club needs to challenge for a top-four finish and perhaps add a few more trophies to the cabinet.
That has led to many media reports that players like Micky Van De Ven could be one of many players looking to leave Spurs and move to one of the bigger clubs in search of glory and top-flight football.
Speaking about the defender’s future, Elia was emphatic in his recommendation for a move to a global superpower. “I think Van de Ven should finish the season at Tottenham [by playing] consistently and shows everyone that he can go to the next level. He is strong and has a good attitude. He can score, he can dribble and he can defend,” he said, according to The Daily Star.
“If he continues like this, I think he can make a good step to the bigger clubs after the World Cup. Not that Tottenham is not a big club, but clubs that are a step higher.”

Van De Ven is a player who CHELSEA will have to compete at the end of the season, he is the right age and quality to come in and make an immediate impact if the Blues are to actually get a transfer deal done.
But with Liverpool and Real Madrid reportedly also interested, the Blues will face a huge battle.
CHELSEA GETS SANDRO TONALI BOOST
Chelsea targeting Sandro Tonali’s future at Newcastle United are back in the spotlight after his agent, Giuseppe Riso, hinted at a possible summer move
CHELSEA were closely linked with many players over the January window, as many felt the Blues needed to add an enforcer like Tonali to the midfield, and the Italian was a player who could reportedly have left Newcastle during the window.
The summer window will give the Blues another chance to sign Tonali, and in a revealing interview with TuttoSport, Tonali’s agent, Giuseppe Riso, provided a candid update on the player’s mentality following the conclusion of the winter window.
While Riso was quick to dismiss links to a move away from Newcastle in January, his comments over the summer were far more ambiguous: “Newcastle are struggling to let go of Sandro and he wants to lead the club to the Champions League,” Riso explained.
“These transfer talks will take place later. We will see how the season ends and then we will decide what to do. There is no preference at the moment. It is still early. What we say today will not apply tomorrow. Newcastle could not let him go now and there is no point in moving, especially because Sandro is very attached to the club.”
“We will evaluate and decide what to do in the summer.”

Tonali could have left Newcastle in the winter window and it would have been a huge loss for the Toon to lose such a big player, especially as they want to be back in the Champions League next season.
But we really can’t see the club making a move for Tonali as the £100m asking price could leave the board.
But if the Toon cannot make it back to Europe, the Italian could look for that move as he wants to compete for the major trophies and play against the best players. He won’t do that if he stays at Newcastle and they don’t progress.
But if he does move, it will be interesting to see where he might end up.
