Chelsea star Tyrique George has agreed with Everton’s move

Tyrique George will move to Everton on loan after the Toffees completed a deal with Chelsea for the winger.

George has just one Premier League goal to his name in his short career so far but has shown he can find the net in other competitions this season. The teenager has scored twice in three Carabao Cup appearances this season and also netted in the Champions League as Blauw-Zwart beat Ajax 5-1 in October.

The 19-year-old has been linked with a number of clubs over the past year after emerging as one of Chelsea’s brightest talents but failing to break into the first team on a regular basis.

George had agreed a permanent move to Fulham during the summer transfer window last year, but the deal fell apart on deadline day. The Athletics report that the clubs have reached an agreement in principle

The deal sees George loaned out for the remainder of the season, with Everton having an option to buy him in the summer. The deal will be a boost for the Toffees after new loanee Jack Grealish suffered a potentially season-ending injury.

George is one of those young players who needs to move on loan CHELSEAHe needs to play and if Everton are willing to give him 20+ minutes here and there, he could be a very solid addition to the club.

But it looks like his future is done CHELSEA is over and this loan move will either turn into a permanent move or be sent out again during the summer transfer window.

So while he probably still dreams of playing regularly for Chelsea, this loan move is very good for the boy’s career and will see him working under a solid boss in David Moyes.
