‘I told him he was one of the best midfielders in history and that he was destined to become one of the best coaches as well.
‘I explained to him that it is time for him to return to Chelsea and he joked about it, but I really believe in it. He loves football and knows everything about this place.
‘I am a Chelsea fan and I want the best for the club. That’s why I dream of seeing Cesc on their bench, while I continue to enjoy the show behind him in the stands.”

Fabregas is doing a fantastic job in Italian football, the things he is doing at Como are great. But managing a top side like CHELSEA Maybe not the best, look what happened to Xabi Alonso at Real Madrid when he made the step up.
If Fabregas can make that move to one or two big clubs before making the move to Chelsea then it could work out, but he is far from ready to take over at Stamford Bridge and keep all the egos at the club in check.
