Century 21 is expanding in central Florida

Mobley previously worked as a local teacher and coach – a role that helped him build lasting relationships with local families.

Under the new membership, he and his agents will have access to Century 21’s technology, marketing resources, lead generation tools, training and coaching.

“I pursued this bond with the well-being of my agents and their clients at the forefront,” Mobley said in a statement. “When I met with the Century 21 team, they explained exactly how the brand could help us better serve the residents of Lake County and how my agents would benefit from this partnership.

“One of the greatest added values of joining the Century 21 network is the immediate increase in brand recognition. We are already known in Lake County for our business grit and personal character, but now we feel it is time to spread that reputation beyond our immediate community.”

Clermont – about 30 minutes west of Orlando – is Lake County’s most populous city and is surrounded by health care providers, sports medicine facilities and training centers.

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection declared it a ‘Walking City’ in 2018 for its network of parks, trails and lakes. The city promotes itself as the ‘Choice of Champions’.

“It is always exciting to welcome new faces to the Century 21 family, especially in major markets like the Orlando area,” said Mike Miedler, president and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate. “Matt has already done an excellent job growing his personal brand in the city’s western suburbs, and we know we have the resources to help him further penetrate the area’s larger market.

“With his background in sales and his local reputation among area families, we know it is only a matter of time before his company becomes one of the most highly regarded in their corner of central Florida.”
