Celtics act Georges Niang to Jazz for design choices, former St. John’s Star RJ Luis Jr.

The Celtics exchanged Georges Niang to the Utah Jazz for two second round Picks and Rookie RJ Luis Jr. ESPN’s Shams Charania reported Tuesday.
